Monitoring Tenant Data with the Administrative UI
The Administrative UI in Datricks offers comprehensive tools for monitoring your tenant, ensuring that you are always informed about the data's current status.
Viewing Last Successful Data Refresh
To view the last successful data refresh from each source system:
Access the Administrative UI: Log in to your Datricks account and navigate to the Administrative section from the dashboard.
Using this UI element, you're able to see the last successful data refresh from each source system. This allows you to know for sure what is the freshness of the data:
You can also monitor each individual data source, and investigate the results of loading each specific table.
To access this view. navigate to : Administration / Loading Areas / Loading Area and choose click the data source's name.
You'll be able to see all loaded tables and their latest status:
If you're seeing issues with the data freshness, please open a support ticket, and a success engineer will contact you to investigate.
